What is bite sized living?

Desmond Tutu once said that “there is only one way to eat an elephant: a bite at a time.” Obviously he wasn’t talking about a real elephant. What he meant was that every great challenge in life can be accomplished, one bite at a time.

When things seem impossible, when you’re overwhelmed, take a deep breath and do one small thing. Just one. The sense of accomplishment from doing that one thing, will help propel you forward.

It’s one bite, one step, one task, one decision, just one. When you break everything down into bite sized pieces soon the seemingly impossible, is possible.
